Your area of responsibility:
- Support and cooperation with the managing director
- Taking over and coordinating cross-company projects and special tasks
- Immediate collaboration on specific tasks and projects
- Interface between management and directly reporting
areas and departments
Your profile:
- Online Marketing / E-Commerce BA / B.Sc. (Uni/FH) (or similar degree)
- Initial professional experience in online marketing is desirable
- Quick comprehension, initiative, creativity
- willingness to take on responsibility
- Resilient, flexible, able to work in a team
- Good computer skills

Customer Relationship Manager
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction
- management of customer data
- Customer support and related tasks such as returns, warranty claims, information provision
- Immediate collaboration on specific tasks and projects
Your profile:
- Initial professional experience in online marketing is desirable
- Initial experience in customer support is desirable
- Quick comprehension, initiative, creativity
- High charisma and social skills
- Very good knowledge of the German language and grammar
- Flexible, able to work in a team, social.
- Good computer skills
