Your responsibilities:

  • support and Collaboration with the managing director
  • Taking over and coordinating cross-company projects and special tasks
  • Immediate involvement in specific tasks and projects
  • Interface between management and those reporting directly to them
    departments and divisions

Your profile:

  • Online marketing / E-commerce B.A./B.Sc. (University/University of Applied Sciences) (or similar course of study)
  • Initial professional experience in online marketing are desirable
  • Quick comprehension, initiative, creativity
  • Willingness to take responsibility
  • Resilient, flexible, team player
  • Good computer skills

Customer Relationship Manager

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assurance the highest possible customer satisfaction
  • Customer data management
  • Customer support and related tasks such as returns, warranty claims, and providing information.
  • Immediate involvement in specific tasks and projects

Your profile:

  • Initial professional experience in online marketing are desirable
  • Prior experience in customer support is desirable.
  • Quick comprehension, initiative, creativity
  • High charisma and social competence
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language and grammar
  • Flexible, a team player, and sociable.
  • Good computer skills
