Payment and Shipping

Free shipping on most orders:

  • Your package will arrive in 1 to 3 working days (DE) or 2 to 5 working days (AU, CH) if the product is in stock. For pre-orders, the delivery date may vary and is stated on the respective product page.

  • Shipment from Monday to Friday on the same day if ordered before 12 noon

  • Climate-neutral DHL Go Green shipping with tracking via email, and on request also via SMS

  • Packed and shipped from our own warehouse in Germany, Potsdam


All products are in stock in Germany, ready for dispatch and are processed directly by our shipping department.


Priority shipping:

  • For purchases over 70€, orders receive increased internal priority and are handed over to DHL on the same day if the order is received by 2pm, except on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • This prioritization also applies during our sales promotions, which ensures that your order is processed quickly.

  • Prioritization only speeds up our internal processes; the shipping method corresponds to DHL standard shipping and does not include increased priority at DHL.

 

Easy returns:

  • Let us know via email or live chat that you want to return your product and we will send you our return form

  • Send us your product with a printed and completed return form within 60 days of receipt


  • We will process your return as quickly as possible and guarantee that it will be returned to you using the return form and we will refund you 100% of your purchase amount 

 

Packaging:

Your essentials will be lovingly packaged in an environmentally friendly Essentialbag© gift box. Your package will then be sent directly to your address from Potsdam using FSC-certified, environmentally friendly cardboard.

Germany (1-3 working days)
Austria (2-5 working days)
Switzerland (2-5 working days)
