Shipment

Your package will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days. If you place your order before 4 p.m., we will ship it the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next working day. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on its way.

We use the climate-neutral DHL Go Green shipping to deliver your package.

DHL will send you an email with a package notification before your package is delivered. You can also specify delivery preferences in this email.

Your order will be lovingly packaged in an Essentialbag gift box, which is perfect for giving as a gift. Packaging is free and will be sent in an environmentally friendly FSC shipping bag or cardboard box. We attach great importance to ensuring that your order arrives safely and without damage.

In rare cases, there may be problems with the delivery by DHL. If you have not received your package, please first check the address you provided when ordering.

If the address is correct and the package has still not been delivered, please contact us using our contact form. We will immediately look for a solution and get back to you within 24 hours.

Depending on your case, we will initiate an investigation with DHL and inform you of the status. It usually takes 7 to 14 days to receive a response from DHL.

Once the problem has been resolved, we will send you a new package immediately.

Please respond to your order confirmation promptly if you wish to make any changes to your order. We will do our best to accommodate your change requests before we ship your order.

If you forget to provide your house number or other important information, we will contact you to obtain the information you need. We will contact you via email or phone to make sure your order is complete and correct.

Easy returns:

  • Let us know via email or live chat that you want to return your product and we will send you the return form

  • Send us your product with a printed and completed return form within 60 days of receipt

  • We will process your return as quickly as possible and guarantee that it will be returned to you using the return form and we will refund you 100% of your purchase amount

As soon as we have received and checked your cancellation via email and your return, we will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible within 14 working days using the payment method you used.

You will also receive a refund confirmation via email at this time.

We do not issue return slips in order to minimize CO₂ emissions and protect the environment. Returns should only be made in the most necessary cases.

However, you can return the product for only €1.95 with DHL Book and Goods Shipment 500.

You enjoy a 12-month guarantee on your product. If you discover a defect, please send us pictures of it by email.

After we have checked the defect, we will send you a new product free of charge.

Our products are limited and we only have a limited number of pieces in stock as we are still a young start-up.

For some products we write on the product page when they will be back in stock and when they will be delivered to you. To do this, select your desired color and look at the availability above the shopping cart button.

If you pay with PayPal or Klarna purchase on account, you can test the product and only pay after 30 days.
